“COMMUNITY SEVA CENTRE is creating no history but simply serving the community by serving the people who need helping hand to rise and awake for a better tomorrow.

In this path Community Seva Centre has come miles from 1993 when it started doing squirrel work at Pooranankuppam, village of Pondicherry Union Territory. From one village it has extended its services to 65 villages also in the outskirt of Pondicherry City. Along with this work we have initiated working for the tribal community at Kalvarayan Hills which have been identified as an ignored and weaker section of the society.

Community Seva Centre is dedicated to support the tribal populations with a holistic, sustainable and diversified approach. Through our projects, supported by charities and generous donators who believe in the goodness of our social work, we are proudly increasing, stepby step, the standard of living of the tribal community. Our action is mainly focused on child development, youth development, women empowerment and care and support for aged people.

Our desire to extend our activities underlines the deep
willingness of the staff community to grow more for the people. Considering the hurdles faced and our past achievements, we believe Community Seva Centre has acquired enough maturity to redesign the specter of its responsibilities. Past experiences are very important for any organization and it should be treasured and measured for tomorrow’s better achievements.
